Cava Reverté Rosé Reserva Brut Nature

The blend is 75% trepat and 25% black grenache. Fermentation at a temperature of 15ºC for ten days, after cold maceration with skins to extract the colour and varietal aromas. This cava is aged in the dim light of our cellars for between 20 and 28 months.
