The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may also be exercised by an authorized person acting as the legal representative of the data subject. In such cases, documentation proving such representation must be provided.

Purposes of Data Processing

The purpose of collecting and processing the data, with your express consent, includes the following:

Data Retention

Aggregated data will be retained indefinitely. Regarding customer data, the retention period for personal data will vary depending on the service contracted by the client. In any case, it will be retained for the minimum necessary period and may be stored for up to 10 years.

Users subscribed to mailing lists or uploaded directly by the company to social media pages or profiles will be retained until the user withdraws consent or the contractual relationship ends.

Data of candidates who submit their curriculum vitae will be stored for a maximum of two years in order to include them in future recruitment processes, unless the candidate states otherwise.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

We will not transfer or disclose your data to third parties except in cases legally required or when the provision of a service involves the need for a contractual relationship with a data processor, always in accordance with the general conditions accepted by the user prior to contracting the service.

By contracting our services, the user accepts that some of these services may be partially or fully subcontracted to other individuals or companies, which will act as Data Processors, with whom the corresponding confidentiality agreement has been signed or who adhere to their own privacy policies available on their respective websites.

The user also accepts that some personal data collected may be provided to these Data Processors when necessary for the effective execution of the contracted service. The user may refuse the transfer of their data to Data Processors through a written request using any of the means previously indicated.

The information provided by the client shall, in all cases, be considered confidential and may not be used for purposes other than those related to the contracted services or purchased products. Likewise, we undertake not to disclose or reveal information regarding the client’s requests, the reasons for the advice sought, or the duration of their relationship with us.
