About Us

If we could press time itself, the Reverté family’s more than 100 years devoted to winegrowing would yield a unique must, infused with perseverance and vocation.

A cava begins to take shape in the land where the vineyard grows. Therefore, we could say that the first author of this cava was the great-grandfather Josep Reverté, a winegrower from Salomó.

His grandson, Enric, faithfully continued the family tradition of vine-growing, while his great-grandson, also named Enric, has inherited the wisdom and passion of the generations before him, allowing that exceptional must to ferment and become the Cava Reverté we know today.

His son Joan took on the task of cultivating the vines. But he also learned the blacksmith’s trade, which he placed at the service of his beloved vineyard, forging tools for the fields while also forging his own character, and that of those who came after him, with the drive, effort and perseverance of one who works both at the forge and on the land.
